Recent Exhibitions, Significant Work, or Publications:
This most recent series explores man as a blend of the material and the spiritual. These paintings contain three elements: abstract texture; roughened, textural figures and trompe l’oeil effects. This is meant to explore the beauty of matter, form and meaning. The trompe l’oeil effects break out of the picture plane and creates a sense of another world outside of the picture space.
